At some time all organisations go through a transformation program, for some it is forced upon them,
others are somehow able to see the need for change and do it in a measured and controlled way.
Essentially it is about making major change in a short period of time in order that the firm may
restore its market position and ensure its survival.
FCL has been engaged on a number of transformation programs and has acted as an advisor to a number
